Swim Lesson Groups
Beginner / Advanced Ages 10–14
9:35–10:20 a.m.
For older swimmers building confidence, improving technique, or strengthening independent swimming skills.
Beginner
Ages 3–5 / 6–10
11:00–11:30 a.m.
For children learning water comfort, breath control, floating, kicking, and early swimming movements.
Advanced
Ages 3–5 / 6–10
10:25–10:55 a.m.
For younger swimmers who already have water comfort and are ready to develop stronger swim skills.
Parent & Me
11:35–11:55 a.m.
For young swimmers who benefit from parent-supported water introduction and guided confidence building.
How to Register for Swim Lessons
To request a swim lesson spot, email pfhpool@gmail.com with your child’s name, age, preferred session, preferred lesson group, and whether your family is a Park Foothills member. Space is limited.
