*All individuals included in a family membership MUST live under the same roof, limit of 6 family members. Each additional member above 6 is $55 additional.

**Guests must be accompanied by a member and are the responsibility of the member. Out of town guests are free. Limit of 4 guests per membership per day.

All applications for membership are subject to approval by the PFH Board Of Directors.
